- Reviewing Arc & MEP Layouts for New Projects (Water supply, LPG Network, Firefighting, Electric Network-load schedule, and HVAC calculation). - Communicate with contractors/ vendors/ suppliers and follow up on assigned projects implementation process according to the approval layouts.- Response in all engineering works at assigned sites (branches, central kitchen, warehouse, heads office).- Reviewing reports and follow-up drawing such as equipment layout & stainless-steel layout, payments-invoices, and analysis bill of quantities (BOQ). - Support emergency Maintenance such as solving ventilation issues, increasing AC, changing wooden counters, and applying renovation for branches without closing (keep the business ongoing).
