Abdulaziz Almosaad, is currently the Chief GRC Officer at Ministry of Finance and the former Assistant Deputy Minister at Ministry of Finance, contributing to the achievement of the objectives of the Saudi vision 2030 by facilitating and governing the vision initiatives budgeting operations, to reach the highest levels of efficiency. The aim of this office is to help government entities execute its strategies to achieve Saudi Vision 2030. Abdulaziz was the former Director General of the Vision Realization Office at Ministry of Labor and Social development overseeing PMO, OSM, BD & Strategic Partnership Office. The aim of this office is to help MLSD execute its strategies to achieve Saudi Vision 2030. Abdulaziz was the former President of Al Emar International (in charge of P&L), the biggest importer and distributor of agricultural production inputs (Agriculture raw materials). Al Emar also provides all agricultural services and advices which secure the local farmers in Saudi Arabia to obtain best results of the latest modern agriculture technologies. Abdulaziz has led a turnaround in AL EMAR revenue between 2013 to 2016. Abdulaziz Almosaad was also the former Strategy Management Officer at ARASCO, specializing in Corporate and Business Strategy Development, Business Planning and Budgeting, Performance Management and Change Management.Initially qualifying as a Bachelor of Agriculture Science, Food Sciences & Nutrition, Abdulaziz obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Suffolk University. As a strategy executive with over 15 years of professional experience, Abdulaziz used to manage Strategic Management system executed via the Balanced Scorecard. He was the custodian of Business Planning and Review processes across ARASCO group. His objective was to make strategic management one of ARASCO’s core competencies. Abdulaziz has lead ARASCO to achieve Hall of Fame equivalent in strategy management best practices (defined by Kaplan & Norton) by end of 2015.
