- Process Approval forms to achieve operational efficiency and KPI targets.
- Monitor Quality Assurance to ensure Code of Practice requirements are met.
- Support the management EV’s to meet Code of Practice requirements.
- Resolve a broad range of queries from a diverse group of customers to ensure provision of customer service in line with City & Guilds Customer Charter.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of City & Guilds products, services and IT systems to enable provision of excellent customer service.
- Organize and prioritize a heavy workload in a systematic and logical manner to maintain efficiency and service levels.
