• Responsible for implementation and managing Windows Core Infrastructure and Data Center Operations of Government Cloud at Confidential Organization - Qatar.• Responsible for handling IT Infrastructure project designing, planning, implementation, and support along with system, application to enable project transition/upgrade.• Act as level 3 support for all Microsoft systems related incidents and Performing re-active/proactive problem analysis & Root cause analysis.• Providing 24X7 onsite technical support for all Infrastructure related issues.• Incident handling & Change request in the environment. • Expertise at Data Center consolidation with Microsoft virtualization.• Expertise on planning and preparing for Disaster Recovery site.• Administrating complete virtualization stack running on Hyperv and Vmware.• Managing Microsoft Exchange Server with Multi tenancy provided as SaaS.• Ensure hosted services on virtualization for continuous availability.• Managing and administering Windows Server OS running for various Mission critical applications and Services.• Good understanding on Tiering, Credential partitioning, Baseline hardening based on Microsoft Enhanced Security Administrative Environment (ESAE V3).• Expertise in deploying Privilege Access Workstations (PAW).• Managing complete Citrix virtual desktops farm used for Privileged access.• Managing SCCM, SCVMM and WSUS for deploying windows updates, updating SCEP for critical servers and High Value assets.• Working for initial response on reported suspicious activities from Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics center and Windows event forwarding based on configured special security events.• Good knowledge on SCM, LAPS and Privilege Access Management (PAM) infrastructure.
