I was responsible for digital and printed advertising design including social media advertising, web banners, product brochures, promotional posters, leaflets, and promotional videos. I was also assigned with product branding, newsletters, motion graphics, design assets and, design amendments. Fourth Dimension has been working with multiple international brands such as Ansell, JTI and Shell. The experience enabled me to grasp the knowledge of consistent branding and creating impactful ads.

I was working as a part-time freelancer and was assigned to design printed advertising and assist with exhibition booth design. I am also involved with designing for small to medium businesses and working with government firms such as the Samarahan District Office, Forest Department Sarawak, and Samarahan Resident's Office. The experience has helped me to improve my soft skills and communication skills, while widening my knowledge in this industry.

My experience working in customer service has trained me to practice my soft skills including communication, interpersonal skills, adaptability, work ethic, time management and teamwork. These particular works require me to be patient with customers' requests and understand the customer's needs. I only worked for five months due to the long semester break.
