Responsible for setting the standards to assess compliance against the Quality Management Plan in NEOM Projects and assuring that these standards are met. This includes validation through audit, reviews, monitoring of agreed KPIs and effective action management and follow up.• In addition, QA/QC Specialist has the following responsibilities:— Oversight of the implementation of the Contractors’ QMS.— Assure that Contractor has a robust QMS.— Review and approve PMC contractor QA/QC personnel— Approve Contractor Quality Plan, Audit Plan, and special— procedures.— Overview of the PMC audit plan.— QA has the right to participate in any Construction audits/ assessments.— Oversight of the PQI improvements action plan.— Monitor Contractor`s performance and report as a part of PQI Conduct Contractor’s Bi-Weekly QA/QC Meeting.— Review Contractor’s Monthly Dashboard and prepare Consultant’s Monthly Dashboard for Client information.

Worked at KEO international Consultant as Civil Engineer performing as Client representative for Umm Al-Qura Development and Construction Company for the infrastructural phase at Masar project. The project includes pedestrian underpasses, flyover roads, bridges, car parks, building, and utility tunnels. Over an area of 1.25 million square meters. Total project value is estimated to be USD 2.1 billion.▪ Duties and Responsibilities:— Supervise, Monitor and Inspect Construction work in relation to infrastructural elements, and ensure all materials delivered to site, are compliance with QA/QC procedures, and all tests are carried out as per contract requirements— Review and approve of design, design calculation, technical and non-technical submittals including but not limited to quality plans, ITP, TQs, shop drawing, method statements, and baseline for schedule.— Realizing standard site documentation procedures including implementing inspections and test plans.— Conduct weekly progress meetings and coordinate with related stakeholders.— Managing with the project team and contractors to identify defects, raise non-conformance reports and follow through to identify correction procedures to close out.— Responsible to provide the contractor all the support to prepare and implement all type of documents such as quality assurance and control.
