In this project, students observe the aluminum sheet production process and analyze the processes that cause defects in aluminum sheet products. Our tasks include:• Leak inspection on hydraulic system pipes and hoses• Analyze the treatment process on aluminum sheet products involves: casting, rolling mill and annealing• Checking and testing product quality include: Spectrometer Test, H2 Content Test, Grain Size Test, Center Line Segregation test and Tensile Test

Analyze the environment and activities of rural communities to formulate ideas for design electric vehicle prototypes that focus on user needs using the design thinking method. Utilize CAD software to produce 2D and 3D designs of electric vehicle prototype models. Carrying finite element analysis (FEA) to analyze the strength of components based on the load they will bear so as to ensure vehicle safety. We work as a team with 16 members, our tasks include:• Design thinking to generate electric vehicle design ideas• Calculate and analyze the mechanical power requirements on electric vehicles prototypes• Create 2D and 3D designs for electric vehicle prototypes using CAD software• Analyze of electric vehicle prototype components using FEA-based software
