Senior Architect / project manager responsible of:- Visibility study: Perform calculations and analysis of each plot before purchase.- Put design program for each project base on the visibility study.- Reading and understanding developments control regulations (DCR).- Produce innovative and functional building design proposal (Concept Design)- Team leading and coordination.- Planning the design and approvals obtaining process of each project (Time schedule).- Making sure the project design and approvals is running according to schedule (monitoring and controlling).- Develop ideas keeping in mind company’s needs, regulations and environmental impact- Supervising the production of building detailed drawings (Blue prints)- Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as MEP and structural engineers, and architectural technologists.- Proposing the materials to be used.- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction- Make on site visits and meetings when required. - Keep the building design within budget- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals and follow architectural trends and advancements to make sure that building specifications are up-to-date- Attend technical meeting with consultant and other sub-consultants, contactors and company team.- Reviewed all the coordination drawings of all systems through construction stage and very good coordinate with other departments (structural and mechanical). - Appraise the activities of the project according to company strategy and plans.- Follow up all projects progress work to achieve tender technical specifications & tender drawing & authority regulation and standard requirements.- Provide support for our sales team whenever required.- Provide support for marketing team whenever required.

In 2009, I have started my own architectural firm Nation Architecture, and despite the challenging global and local markets, Nation Architecture was awarded many projects in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iraq and Syria ranging from 25000 sq m hospitality projects down to villas and interior designs; Successfully managed clients, by understanding their needs and delivering high quality designs.
