-Sending inquiries to suppliers.-Preparing of Comparison Sheets.-Responsible for Tire and Oil +Lubricants Inquiries.-Preparing LPOs either direct expense or for stock items.-Preparing Repair Outside LPOs.-Filing of LPOs in correct order.-Checking with Purchase Manager all the documents with some concerns, on a dailybasis.-Preparing LPOs to be approved by Purchase Manager-Receiving Tax Invoices-Settling with suppliers any issue with their documents submitted to purchase dept-Checking good received voucher.Sending LPOs to supplier and following-up deliveries.-Preparing Cheque Requests to Accounts Department for cash suppliers.-Preparing Bank Transfer Request to Accounts for import goods.-Preparing Invoices to be submitted to Accounts Department for ERP posting &payment procedures.-Negotiating with Suppliers for Payment Terms-Preparing/Filling-in Credit Application Forms with required documents.-Preparing supplier complaints.-Preparing documents needed by Purchase Manager for ISO Audit.-Answer, screen and forward telephone calls.-Working as a team with storekeepers.-Receiving suppliers for Purchase Manager, as per his appointment.-Authorized in signing employees’ clearance on behalf of purchase manager whennot available.

-Order material requisition to purchase department to maintain the stock.-Keep and maintain records to allow for full reporting such asGood Receipt Note / Material Requisition / Store Transfer Receipt-Follow up the supplier for delivery of material.-Monitoring Scrap disposal from the site work and dealing with the vendorsthen handover the cash to accounts department.-updating of Stock register.-Receiving and issue the material for site works and to other sites.-Working as a team with purchase dept & Accounts dept.
