Mercy-USA for Aid and Development is dedicated to alleviating human suffering and supporting individuals and their communities in their efforts to become more self-sufficient.

I am a regional director of Mercy-USA for East Africa, a manager and a leader of an international nonprofit humanitarian organization, a certified development project manager, and an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Like many other directors, I hold immense responsibility, and among them is I work directly with the board of directors, and we shape our organization’s future by steering my team in the right direction I apply my expertise to coach and train my team to ensure we raise emerging leaders capable of leading such organizations.
