Job Responsibilities:- Maintain relationship with 25 highly sensitive clients such as: DFID Bangladesh, Action Aid Bangladesh, Concern Bangladesh, HelpAge Bangladesh, Islamic Relief Bangladesh, BBC Media Action, International Federation of Red Cross, British Red Cross, Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, Indonesian Embassy, Brazillian Embassy, Rahimafrooz Group, ACI Limited, Partex Group, Unilever Bangladesh Limited, Nokia Siemens Network, GE International Inc, Reliance Insurance Limited etc.- Grow Asset and Liability book of the portfolio through proactive sales effort- Acquire new clients from the Embassy and DO segment in collaboration with HSBC Commercial Banking- Improve profitability through nurturing current clientele, acquiring new clients and exiting unprofitable relationships- Assist customers in opening new salary account for their employees and provide other support pertaining to branch banking to the customers

Job Responsibilities:- Maintain and update CEPS customer databases on a timely and accurate manner- Track salary disbursement and Loan repayment status from individual customer’s accounts and cascade the information to the relationship team- Calculate profit per customer in collaboration with the Finance team of the CEPS customer base- Establish and realize charge back arrangement with HSBC Commercial Banking (CMB) for unprofitable HSBC CMB Clients- Implement necessary alteration in the central information system, HUB, based on change in customer database- Oversee the general email account and make necessary customer communications- Adjudicate marketing campaigns in collaboration with Relationship team and Marketing- Develop new marketing items and oversee the inventory- Generate and prepare MI reports, newsletters etc. for management- Develop standardized letters, agreement copies etc. in collaboration with compliance- Prepare and follow-up to ensure renewals of agreement is completed on a timely mannerKey Achievements: - Achieved a rating of “2 or Outstanding” and “3 or Strong” respectively at the year-end employee rating of 2012 and 2011- Successfully coordinated an asset campaign with loan disbursal of BDT 1 billion in one month during Summer Treat 2011- Generated and maintained a database of 500+ CEPS clients and 60,000 customers- Reviewed interest rates of all CEPS Companies and current asset portfolio - Increased per customer revenue of CEPS customers by 10% - Successfully superintended CEPS general email account and ensured following up of all customer enquiries within 2 days-Prepared accurate MI reports for Management on a timely basis and provided valuable insights-Conducted rigorous portfolio analysis to polish the overall portfolio-Acted as backup relationship manager and dealt with clients on contingent basis
