• Assess, enhance, design and propose network infrastructure for enterprise clients and for major business opportunities• Write technical requirement specifications which meet customers’ requirements• Provide presales assistance for sales opportunities to customers, including POC/Production deployments, technology workshops delivery, and training of various network products and solutions• Refine and research technical requirements of the sales opportunities• Define solution options and articulate the benefits of various networking products• Manage network projects during implementation and post-sales support phases• Work closely with customers in the design and implementation/integration of various networking products and solutions• Act as an interface between the sales team and the technical team to resolve outstanding issues• Deliver hands-on technical expertise in the areas of Unified Communications, Data Center, Routing and Switching, Wireless, and Network Security• Prepare and deliver project technical documents as per the vendor’s design methodology and customer standards

• Assess, enhance, design, propose, and implement network infrastructure scaling from small business to enterprise• Manage network projects from the project’s presales phase and passing through the post-sales phase• Design and implement networking solutions including unified communications, switching, routing, and network security• Analyze, interpret, and evaluate complex network architectures• Research and analyze network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance• Provide customers with consultation and recommend improvements to network hardware, software, design, and configuration• Support and troubleshoot network problems• Install, configure, test, and optimize network solutions• Provide network solutions’ designs that meet business requirements and utilize optimal standards and networking protocols to meet these requirements• Prepare and maintain network documentations and network recovery procedures• Present and demonstrate new solutions and technologies to customers• Plan and implement network migrations and upgrades• Manage, track, and maintain support and maintenance contracts• Direct network team members and back them up to meet the expected service level

• Install, configure, and maintain colored-networked printers (Xerox-Tektronix)• Install, configure, and maintain the software section of computerized medical equipment’s such as Respiratory, Ophthalmic, Endoscopies, and Colonoscopy systems• Maintain computers for either hardware or software problems• Update and install computer related hardware and software• Provide in-house technical support for hardware and software problems for company’s employees
