Afghanistan

Interpreter for military commanders •Translated, interpreted and developed an implementation plan with a team of American and Afghani experts to address the requirements for a coordinated training with the ANSF (Afghan National Security Forces). •Interpreted during all briefings, interviews, training, seminars, meetings, and conferences held between Afghan and American military officials. Provided cultural information to American Advisors with careful consideration to avoid any misunderstandings.•Supervised the operational training of ANA (Afghan National Army) soldiers, including translation of training; processed all materials, reports, requests, and BUBs (Battle Update Briefing) to high ranking American military officials regarding progression of the operational training. •Interpreted while on combat and non-combat missions by facilitating training for both officers & NCOs (None Commission Officers) in the 203rd Thunder Corps.
