I am a dedicated and highly skilled Operations Engineer currently working at CHD Power Plant Co ltd on the site of Engro PowerGen Thar Limited (EPTL) Block II, where I play a critical role in managing and optimizing the operations of a 2x330MW CFB Coal Fired Power Plant in Tharparkar, Pakistan. With a robust background in mechanical engineering, I bring a wealth of expertise in turbine and boiler operation, electrical systems, and process control.Since November 2022, I have been instrumental in ensuring the efficient operations of steam turbine systems, including load management, parameter control, and the operation of various turbine auxiliaries. My responsibilities extend to overseeing the boiler's performance, managing electrical operations, and handling emergency procedures from both DCS and local sites. My commitment to safety and process efficiency is demonstrated through regular inspections, log maintenance, and conducting safety meetings.Prior to my current role, I gained valuable experience as a Trainee Engineer at Colgate Palmolive Pakistan's Sulphonation Plant. Here, I was responsible for the plant's startup, shutdown, and smooth operations, ensuring the production of high-quality Sulphonic Acid while adhering to SOPs and maintaining safety standards.I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, where I graduated with a CGPA of 3.59. My continuous pursuit of professional development is evident from my certifications in AutoCAD, Excel for Business, and SAP Basic Navigation.
