Leading the implementation of the livelihoods component of the USAID -funded Shared Future project that supports diverse conflict-affected emerging adults in the Ninewa Plains and Kirkuk achieve productive livelihoods. In Ninewa, support an established livelihoods program that focuses on building youth entrepreneurship and employment skills. Responsible for providing management and technical support to CRS’ implementing partner, the Iraqi Al-Amal Association. In Kirkuk, focus on establishing livelihoods programming including leading key start-up activities such as community mapping, needs assessments, staff recruitment and supporting hundreds of youth entrepreneurs to receive training and establish their businesses.
