CurrentOperate threading machines, including manual and automatic threaders, to produce threaded components according to specifications.Set up and adjust machine parameters such as speed, feed rate, and thread pitch to ensure accurate threading.Load and unload workpieces, including setting up material and securing it in place for threadingMonitor the threading process, checking for defects or deviations from specifications, andmake adjustments as needed.Perform routine maintenance on threading machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts.Inspect finished threaded components using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and thread gauges to ensure they meet quality standards.Maintain accurate records of production runs, including quantities produced, setup times, and any issues encountered.Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.Collaborate with other operators and supervisors to address production issues and improve processes.Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or operational problems with threading equipment.
