Responsibilities & Presales Skills:• Identify client requirements as technical requirements, client infrastructure, configuration, and propose an optimal design (including solution configurations and diagrams) and planning phases of project.• Assist clients in drafting technical RFPs detailing the solution requirements according to best practices and industry standards ensuring a fully integrated solutions that addresses the customer expectations and vision• Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs • Assist with bid opportunities by preparing BoM, BoQ, Pricing and Technical Proposals.• Extensive knowledge of industry best practices, policies and good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for designing, developing, testing, implementing and operating network security solutions.• Preparing and drafting Technical Proposals, Solution Designs and Statement-of-Work that governs the engagement during the project life-cycle.• Technical pre-sales consultancy across the entire sales lifecycle. • Conducting solution presentations and POCs (if required)• Project Planning, Documentation and Commissioning of each project.• Coordinating with other team members to make sure that the solution is integrated together when there are distributed tasks for the same account • Advising customers on their network and security needs. • Keep track of business pipeline in coordination with the sales team in order to close deals • Meet and maintain good relations with key clients • Focus on Information Security and Cisco Data Center related solutions.

Responsibilities:• Responsible for the design of STC IT Security infrastructure• Assessment & approval of users service access requests through firewalls• Positioning and Security assessment for newly implemented services in STC IT infrastructure • Plan enhancement and development for current STC IT infrastructure such (requesting new firewalls, IPSs …etc.)• Conduct PoC & assessment for new proposed technologies across different vendors and provide a PoC report• Prepare PoC success criteria and PoC scorecards per vendor• Responsible for creating change requests related to the security infrastructure involving IT security & other departments ongoing projects• Provide L3 troubleshooting support for SOC
