Working in partnership with HR Business Partners, Learning& Development Consultant and Business Line Managers, the role is responsible for managing, controlling and monitoring a number of critical Human Capital processes, notably Talent identification, development and retention; and for planning and managing assessment processes including Assessment and Development Centers in support of the TM Strategy.

Handling HR strategic functions including Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Employee Relations and Staff Retention Programs in addition to managing daily operations involving Payroll and HRMS.

Initiating career plans fo individuals occupying key positions at the organization. It is all about talent managment that includes succession planning and career maping. However, part of my responsibilities is to identify high flyers right from the assessment process for recruitment process. All functions involve competency based assessment techneques.
