Organize and plan project tasks and schedules and running development sprints. Also managing and evaluating change requests and participate in preparing plans for all phases of the project and ensure that the plans are aligned with the strategic direction of the department. Collecting all data and information needed to measure performance indicators, and make decisions at the technical project level, identify innovative project solutions, and resolve problems and constraints. Also Contribute to directing the project towards achieving its objectives and preparing a roadmap for project implementation and managing long-term goals to ensure goals are achieved in an area that includes customer satisfaction, quality, and performance.

Maintain and support internal applications at ministry of housing.• Participate on King Salman HR program (MAWARED) and led the team to implement Oracle ERP.• Monitoring daily operations.• Providing application administrative support across applications as needed.• Partnering with business stakeholders to provide a strategic vision for new and supported applications and create system roadmaps and business processes.

• Manage, maintain, and support the ERP system.• Assist Finance and Operational departments to train and instruct users with respect to their specific day-to-day problems, execute corrective action when necessary.• Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities.• Assist in customization of ERP reports working with DBAs and IT Security.• Support administration of ERP security and permissions for ERP users.• Ensure ERP system meets business requirements and goals and fulfills user requirements.
