Ehss Management Specialist
Responsible to develop management systems which includes procedures to ensure compliance to all the requirements from EHSS management standards the company has subscribed to such as Responsible care management system. Provide appropriate EHSS training and assist with the development to an EHSS competency assurance process covering all EHSS management system.Assist with the formulation of the EHSS goals and objective of the company and the developments of plans to achieve the agreed objectives.Support the effective implementation of EHSS Management System and through senior and line management, in order to achieve the EHSS goals and objectives of the company.Analyze and evaluate company EHSS performance through accurate and timely reporting against plans / targets and using EHSS integrated database stewardship mechanism.Assist with the development and maintenance of Emergency Response procedures and reduce the risk to personnel.As leader, Investigation and appraisal of EHSS related incidents, linking the incidents to respective management systems.Manage EHSS internal and external audits of the company operations and facilities. Support actions to ensure that contractors manage EHSS in accordance with company policy.To represent company in various EHSS forums the company is subscribed to.Develop , train and share best practices across the company for integration of multiple EHSS Management system which company is adopting like OIMS from Exxon-Mobil, SHEMS from SABIC IS&E, RCMS .Created critical KPIs to track and improve on-time delivery, customer issues and safetystatistics and Identified inefficiencies and made recommendations for Consolidated KPI for allEHSS management systems Mentored, coached the new join employees sponsors and system Administrators for SHEMS-OIMS.
