CurrentCLIENT: ENI Iraq, BasraFor EPC ZUBAIR MISHRIF DGS EXPANSION ProjectResponsibilities:• Implemented policies and procedures associated with the performance of any work (crane lifting/rigging, mechanical isolation, electrical isolation).• Responsible for verifying equipment and machinery operating certificates for employees and for conducting on-site audits of work in progress to ensure compliance with PTW and all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations• Close… Show more CLIENT: ENI Iraq, BasraFor EPC ZUBAIR MISHRIF DGS EXPANSION ProjectResponsibilities:• Implemented policies and procedures associated with the performance of any work (crane lifting/rigging, mechanical isolation, electrical isolation).• Responsible for verifying equipment and machinery operating certificates for employees and for conducting on-site audits of work in progress to ensure compliance with PTW and all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations• Close permits, ensure document filing and retention controls are followed, and keep all supervisors informed of any safety, environmental, or other compliance issues.• Assist Subcontractors in determining the appropriate permits for their daily work and ensure that the person directly responsible for the work is aware of all work being carried out.• Coordinate the daily work permit meeting and update and circulate the list of work activities planned for the following day or week in relative order and priority.• Maintain an updated daily log of PTW, supplemental certifications, audits, and performance statistics.• Conduct surprise inspections on the proper execution of permitted work activities by PTW procedures and other company procedures.• Develop necessary PTW reports and statistics including PTW non-compliance cases as necessary and with regular frequency.• Participate in planning meetings for all day-to-day work and communicate efficiently with other PTW coordinators to ensure consistency with the PTW process.• Ensure that all PTW system users have the required minimum competency.• Ability to identify and assess potential risks in the workplace.• Attend all PTW & SIMOPS meetings.• Assist with coordination and forward planning to ensure that all permit requirements are pre-planned and ready for the start of the next day's work.
