·       The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects supporting the overall IBS program.  The PM will manage various projects from initiation through completion utilizing standard project management methodology to coordinate people and processes that deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned with program objectives. This position will provide PM leadership and support to all aspects of modernization projects, systems, and associated applications to include but not limited to: Project chartering and scope definition·       Managing all phases of the project lifecycle to include initiation, planning, execution and closure of all assigned projects·       Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines·       Delegating tasks on the project to teammates best positioned to complete them·       Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project·       Serving as the single point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in sync·       Have the ability to communicate with executives or senior leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals·       Performing quality assurance on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected·       Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project changeMaintain ability to “think on your feet” and respond to project challenges in real time

Responsible for the development and implementation of MEIS CM Plan to include systems and products. Conduct assessments and develop CM processes and best practices for continuous improvement. Perform coordination with developers, testers and integrators as well as suggesting solutions to identified CM issues. Maintain accountability for Program equipment (Sw/Hw) utilized at the IBS Enterprise Lab and CM of documentation deliverables to government program offices. Prepare materials in accordance with Configuration Plan, DI-CMAN-80858D/T. Provide CM support to the sustainment and modernization of IBS Downlink Monitoring Element (DME) systems and associated applications to include but not limited to: ·       Develop and maintain documentation to support software releases·       Establish and maintain communications with customers on system updates, maintenance, and trouble ticket status·       Document, maintain and track software issues and customer feedback·       Develop and maintain installation and training guides·       Serve as liaison between stakeholders and developers

Lead U.S. Army Senior Leader Network and Fellowship with the industry program representative for the Transportation Corps. Gaining technical knowledge and experience with the 3 Day Select, Carrier Management Group, while getting intimately involved with Expedited Planning & Tracking System, Feeder Tracking System. Allowing the Army to better identify short comings in our Transportation system and where we can improve and save money.

Hand selected to served as the Team Lead and Security Driver to the Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR)/US European Command (EUCOM) Commander in a Joint Force Security Detachment in support of NATO operations; provided MOTORCADE support and protective security to the SACEUR in partnership with US ARMY Criminal Investigation Division (CID), Belgian Federal Police (BFP) and other national security personnel; responsible for the maintenance of two Armored Limousines & six non-tactical vehicles valued over $1.6million. Managed 324 direct support missions with 100% success rate. Implemented a route training program covering 30 routes and over 53KM.
