Before joining UFA, I was the Head of Operations at Techno Inn, where I created and implemented processes for lead generation, deal closure, website development, graphics, and bid making. I also worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Intelegents, providing support for Microsoft Office 365 users through calls, emails, and screen sharing sessions.
