 Managing Eastern Region in Term of Planning and Survey Design and Planning with the Teams to meet our customer Satisfaction (Huawei).  Strategically planned methods to achieve operational goals and targets.  Prepared specifications of electrical systems and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conformed to standards and customer requirements.  Phase III Survey Project: The scope was around 120 sites need the survey to install new Technology LTE-2100 for Zain operator.  MW Installation and Redirection: Handling around 50 Links in the region in term of installation, Safety Requirement and commissioning to meet Customer QOS.  FTK Project : 20 sites installed around the region for Zain operator.  USF1314 Project: Managing installation and integration for around 20 Huawei Power Cube 1000 and 10 Minishelters MTS9510A ,configuring all related alarms and sensors as per customers standard.  Make Risk assessment reports and share it with EHS team Periodic Check for the safety tools and equipment. Monitoring the GPS tracking system for our team safety , and send warnings if anyviolation happens

My role covers Installation, Maintenance of Mobile Telecommunication Towers.  Covers Maintenance of the following Networks: (2G (GSM), 3G, and LTE) on all operator’s Towers (Mobily, Zain, STC) based in Eastern Region and Riyadh.  Visited project sites during construction to monitor progress and consult with Customer to meet their Standard.  Completed complex technical surveys for the development of the Network.  Installation and Commissioning Huawei Microwave equipment’s (RTN910,RTN950,RTN980)  Configure Huawei equipment using Weblmt , assigning the IPs of local Dev and BSC IP and routing the Data through static routes .  Dealing with Layers 1 ,2 ,3 of OSI Models such as Eth , Fiber Cables , MW links , Trunk Ports , VLANs , IP , etc….  Served as lead project engineer and manager on [30] MW Links.  Created assembly and layout drawings using AutoCAD.
