• Electrical wiring and other electrical components in a building, e.g., lighting fixtures, switchgear, BOM, wiring devices, branch circuitry, feeders, technology and fire alarm systems, along with learning takeoff techniques using Plan swift software.• Working on small scale to medium scale commercial and residential projects to compile electrical takeoff. • Managing and supervising various commercial and residential projects for electrical, low voltage, security and fire alarm systems.• Managing and supervising the takeoff and estimation team from assigning the projects to team members for submitting the projects before deadline, including documentation reading, helping the team, reviewing team's work and generating RFIs.
