I worked as a software supervisor for two teams, respectively. Firstly for P&C Claims and then P&C Non Motor development teams. All incident management, CR management and IT project management were in my responsibities.I hired staff or consultant resources needed for my team and software projects.Software development projects such as Document Management System Integration, P&C Claims Infrastructure Re-engineering , Non-Motor DASK Insurance, Cyber Liability Insurance were the projects that I was responsible for.

I took part in the project named Port-ALL Healthcare Provider Integration. Implementation of a new and more customer oriented provision system for targeted hospitals provision system. Automated inpatient provisioning process (first practice in the insurance sector) to engage increased BRE rules for claims.CGM (CompuGroup Medical) was the provider. CGM provides a common API and UI for hospitals and pharmacies to quickly transmit health provisioning transactions to insurance companies.This also creates a high level of customer satisfaction.With this integration, we changed the Allianz health provision infrastructure. We have enriched our BRE rules. We moved our rules previously written in PLSQL to the IBM decision center. Thus, a large proportion of the provisions could be evaluated by the system without falling in front of the provisioning team.I also worked as a solution architect for this project because I know the provisioning process well. The provisioning interface for hospitals and pharmacies was coded as Java EE. In front of the provisioning team were screens written in Oracle Forms for manual processes falling behind.The business rules were all in the backend as PLSQL. With the new structure, we rewrote PLSQL codes as object-oriented.It was a project that I enjoyed very much and worked on for a long time.
