Client : Daleel Petroleum Company Project : Provision of Construction Services for Daleel On-Plot Areas Sup-projects: ◇ Shutdown (10 hours) ◇ Overhauling and Cleaning of Free Water Knock-Out Tank ◇Test Separators Upgrade ◇ Construction of Engineering Yard ◇ Construction of New AP/LP Flare along with Piping ◇ Dehydration Tank Water Pump Upgrade Roles & Responsibility: ● Review of work pack documentation (detailed design, P&ID’s, PFD’s., PEF’s, ISO’s, mechanical equipment & Vendor drawings) ● Prepare MTO and request required materials ● Prepare method of statement ● Initiate the relevant PTW documentation and signatures. ● Prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, equipment, tools, etc., required the related works prior to execution ● Manage directly and provide engineering and technical supports to work groups at site with monitoring project progress ● Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, project specifications, and approved method statement ● A weekly plan to be made based on the construction programmed provided by Planning Department and submitted for review and approval ● Submitting Daily Progress Report (DPR) to Planning Department ● Supports the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets
