Role description (site focal point)- i was responsible to manage Community site for 1000 person.- prepare a focus discussing group to be sure HSE and other needs in the site.- update the site information in the system daily.- attend the daily safety meeting with the supervisor before go to the sites.- be a part of the communication circle in the field between government and our management

- Attend the Daily safety meeting for the team before go the sites.- Visit the idps and host community and check their needs and send it via KOBO COLLECT PROGRAM.- Hold an awareness with people in the idps community sites - Be part of material distribute process via other organization

- Hold a daily morning safety meeting to discuss the updated daily and weekly plan for the team.- Check the equipments and materials are using in the sites.- Communicate with clients to check if they have any update in the daily or monthly hole program.- Prepare calculations and review it with company man in the sites.- Always be aware of HSE in site.
