Saudi Credit Bureau providing different services for banking system & several marking sectors. There are main core systems for credit reporting of customers: Commercial & Consumer Credit Bureau. I could get the chance to develop & manage those service in two different domains (Information Technology & Business Product Management departments) for 15 years. • Define Business Products to support the credit system for covering all type of business contracts & life cycle of payment behavior.• On-Boarding Process for Bulk enquiries Services (B2B Service for credit systems)• Presenting the current services (Credit Products) from Technical & Business perspective• Strong Background on IT systems & Development cycles besides Business processes on Product Management• Provide clear Roadmap for Commercial system Product that requires enhancement from time to time based on Market need• Managing Commercial system development & taking care of on-boarding process for new members. • Reporting of Data quality issues & provide resolving methods to be reflected on live credit systems. • Working for new enhancements on the current systems to ensure the quality of service.• Covering all scenarios for customer experience to have better Customer satisfaction.• Providing smart solutions for current obstacles facing different classification of new members to easily engaged & successfully joined credit systems (Enquiry System & Uploading Process)• Building Digital Library for Members to speed up the process of understanding SIMAH products requirements.I was engaged also on Asset Registration through SIJIL Company Project with Saudi Credit Bureau. Testing & ensure all scenarios working for system integration & member data uploading.Furthermore, creating Guide documents & new models for the systems & uploading services. This was to help members to easily uploading their data for different credit systems.
