Responsible to lead the Asset Performance Management team in developing proactive maintenance strategies for plant critical equipment through RCM, RBI and RIS methodologies. Accountable to promote the reliability culture among Ibn Zahr organization  The compliance quality of RBI studies has increased from 61% to 90% and RCM studies from 78% to 83.5% Led the change management of APM work processes deployment in Ibn Zahr during IMTYAZ project. Prepared drafts for ISO 55001 Asset Management requirements which helped the organization to obtain the certification of ISO 55001 in 2018
