Key Role :• Promotion of the bank's services• Opening/ closing, scheduling, and overall management of accounts.• Serving customers with information on services & Products types and functions.• Identifying and solving problems from customer complaints.• Improving the service by filtering the feedback received from customers.• Maintain sales and customer database and relationship.• Preparing reports and proposals for the exception cases .• Delivering support that satisfies the customer's right from the first time.• Contact prospective customers to present information on available services, such as deposit accounts, lines-of-credit, loan sales, cash management and investment services.• Marketing of Bank services to individuals for savings or corporate account.• Dealing with high net-worth customers and well-known persons in Oman.
