•Maintain effective cost controls in all functional areas in the restaurant.•Plan and direct the restaurant main operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.•Promote a culture of excellence in customer service delivery through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations.•Work alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.•Conduct regular operations meeting with all HODs to discuss routine operational matters, departmental performance targets and customer feedback.•Deputize for the General Manager in his absence and at various meetings & events.•Be responsible for maximizing profit through the consistent delivery of the highest standard of service.•Ensure consistent implementation and review of SOPs throughout all Departments.•Monitor the restaurant functions book and undertake appropriate updates and amendments.•Liaise daily with the GM and M&E Manager to forecast restaurant business on a weekly basis and plan accordingly.•Maximize financial opportunities and achieve pro-active up-selling environment throughout the restaurant.•Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings

•Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience•Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality•Collaborate with department heads, including front desk, catering, and food and beverage, to optimize workflows•Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction surveys and reviews, implementing improvements as needed•Manage and optimize restaurant budgets, controlling expenses and maximizing revenue•Train, motivate, and lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards•Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections•Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local businesses•Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and a commitment to resolution•Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

•Implement assembly improvements to current and future products, and the manufacturing processes. •Liaise with manufacturing department to drive corrective action based on feedback from audit inspections and manufacturing issues. •Communicate any issues with Product and/or Supplier Engineers on new or existing programs and special projects as assigned related to the QA department. •Prepare test plans and reports (capability studies, qualification, and validation) for assigned improvement activities. •Provide key technical assistance to Manufacturing Department on preparation and execution of test approvals and final reports. •Ensure resolution of all issues raised during testing. •Provide recommendations for possible solutions in the manufacturing department. •Coordinate with Product and Supplier engineers on establishing quality criteria for new products. •Assist in the development and support of assembly Quality Systems. •Provide guidance and support for quality systems used in the assembly. •Partner and assist Engineering department with new equipment installation procedures. •Consolidate key process parameters in assembly operations and provide the control plan thereof. •Undertake periodic review of changes in current production to aid in process improvement, product design and material components. •Collaborate with internal partners on processes and continuous improvement efforts while providing technical support and guidance.

•Delegate tasks to staff and supervise their performance.•Monitor inventory levels daily and ensure timely restocking as needed. •Arrange on and off shifts for the employees while ensuring that all shifts are covered (e.g. when employees take time off). •Support staff members to resolve on-the-job challenges. •Track daily shift assignments ensuring all scheduled tasks are completed. •Coordinate with guest bookings to ensure there is sufficient resource assigned for the various shifts. •Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints raised. •Ensure timely opening or closing of the restaurant (when responsible for the first or last shift)•Providing detailed updates to the next Shift Manager about pending tasks. •Reporting maintenance and training needs to the respective managers.
