• Achieve monthly sales and collection target.• Identify and develop potential clients and business market.• Manage the credit / receivables effectively• Attractively present the company’s product, service and business proposal to the customer.• Respond to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature.• Prepare reports on sales, collection and work progress.• Ensuring timely product delivery to customer and product availability in Depot.• Take prompt action to resolve all customer issues and complaints if any

Carry out the sole accountability of the tactical arrangement to accomplish the compliance performance for various parameters, convey the commission processing for the distribution houses and follow through many other allied tasks of the all channels (Regular Distribution, SME, Walk in Centers etc.) of the assigned Region.

>> Monitor, Evaluate and Follow up the activities of assigned Distribution House whether it maintains the prescribed guidelines of bKash which are set by the Bangladesh Bank.>> Ensure that the Distribution House properly understands and implements the compliance issues.>> Report to the supervisor regularly to synchronize any findings from the field force through the Distribution House and so on.
