Perform a wide range of airport services to ensure high-quality services are delivered to all guests in compliance with safety, quality, and operational objectives.At Check-in Counters:• Verify the validity of the ticket, flight date, class, and status, as well as the visa for the destination and compliance with local resident card rules as applicable• Verify that the checked-in baggage meets the allowed weight, shape, and size requirements.• Issue an Excess Baggage Ticket (EBT) if the total baggage weight exceeds the airline's stipulated allowance.At Boarding Gates:• Ensure boarding gates are displayed correctly and busses are available on time for non- bridges gates.• Coordinate with Ramp to ensure retrieved handbags are dispatched on time for loading onto the aircraft.• Tally system count and physical count to verify correct of total boarding count.• Make boarding announcement as per the agreed script and conduct row or zone boarding as per the respective airline procedures.• Dispatch final boarding confirmation print out or advise Turnaround Coordinators (TRC) to collect according to  the airline procedures.

Managing team to Demonstrate Etihad airways brand through consistent exceptional levels of face-to-face customer service exemplified in high level of grooming and personal presentation, paperless and fully automated service.• Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is out of office.• Conduct daily briefing to team members, including communicating team goals and grooming check.• Ensures company brand materials and working spaces meet and exceed company standards.• Provides quality customer service including interacting and effectively handling customer complaints• Ensuring team members offering ‘first class lounge’ levels of customer service and shop appearance.• Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems.• Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members.• Ensuring accurate and prompt financial transactions.

Provides Ticketing and holiday consult Services to a walking and calling customers to achieve monthlysales targeting and best customer service goals.• Arranges reservations and routing for passengers at request.• Examines passenger ticket or pass to direct passenger to specified area for loading.• Reads coded data on tickets to ascertain destination, marks tickets, and assigns boarding pass.• Plan’s route and flight ticket cost, using schedules, rate books and reservation systems.• Assists passengers requiring special assistance to board or depart conveyance.• Informs travel agents in other locations of space reserved or available.
