The main responsibilty is determining and communicating the organization’s strategic direction and performing the task of balancing resources. I have to maintain a keen awareness of the firm's industry and market and being in touch with the core business functions to ensure the proper execution of tasks.Also I have to abide by specific internally established control systems and authorities, to lead by personal example and encourage all employees to conduct their activities in accordance with all applicable laws and the Company’s standards and policies, including its environmental, safetyand health policies.
