As a Management Trainee, my key responsibilities were as follows:Preparing Documentation, Recording & Reporting, leading team, conducting interview, IT Management, Idea generation for effective decisions, participating meetings & learning sessions, presentation, completing assigned tasks with day to day operations taking detailed notes & liaising with company supervisor, manager & senior staffs, following company policies & activeness in social media. The Youth School for social Entrepreneurs (YSSE) is a youth led organization established in February, 2015 for promoting social entrepreneurship & fostering youth as social entrepreneurs to create positive social & environmental changes through their innovative ideas & actions. YSSE is based in Bangladesh & it has flourished it's network among 21 countries within one year. The mission is to create large scale job opportunities through social entrepreneurship by conducting training, counseling & monitoring etc. Which will ultimately solve the economic & gender inequality.

It was a great experience participating in a global supply chain case competition, 2020. I with my team developed strategies for better supply chain management amidst this pandemic situation. The main purpose of the competition was to find out the obstacles behind the supply chain & to suggest the ways of better Supply Chain Management as well as how to ensure supply chain facing the stagnant situation of covid-19.
