Liaison with Site Engineer on the daily bases DBYD and service locations. Procurement of required subcontractors and materials. Organise all site staff, plant, subcontractor, materials and labour resources to get to site on time. Completion and collation of day to day quality assurance (QA) paperwork, including checklists, ITPs to ensure it comply with TfNSW R15, R53 and R44. Day to day liaison with subcontractors. Review SWMS and conduct site audit to ensure safety and health regulation comply with SWMS. Report any changes to the scope to the Site Engineer. Complete and report any NCR and RFI to Site Engineer. Summerise completed works and resources use on a daily basis and report to the Site Engineer. Keep work program up to date. Keep photo log maintained on construction works. Ensuring all project plans are up to date.

Liaising with Client’s on a daily basis to report progress & trouble shoot problems Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Materials procurement and control. Assist the project Management team with job costing, external and internal reporting, project planning and programming. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards codes. Communicate project updates and progress to clients and stakeholders. Complete conformance checklist report (ITPs) and non-conformance (NCRs). Review drawings plan and raise any changes/update on plan according to site properties (RFI) Conducting site inspections and providing technical advice
