My Role is : ( in short) To ensures several recruitment missions from need definition to finalization of the recruitment process and follows up of the contractual features, probationary period and induction in line with Training department.Area of responsibilities:- Understand and help defining the recruitment needs from any internal candidate , through proper job description reshape, and support in defining the profile requested and the target grade.- Ensure the sourcing process is activated on a timely manner and defined accordingly to the job specificity: liaise with PAMR, and if needed advertise in newspaper or use external support after request and approval from manager.- Ensure the proper and timely management of the selection process: support internal customers in defining the interview criteria, the interview panel, schedule the interviews and participate to them as well as the ranking process, support and follow up on the scheduling and decision process for the regions.- Ensure the proper monitoring of the approval and contractual process (chairman decision,salary, proposal, contract and all administrative required documents, including specifics forexpatriates).- Participate in the development of Recruitment and Manpower Planning operation throughprojects group within HR or with other directorates, as per requests.- Participate in events related to recruitment.- Ensure the proper recording and reporting of their recruitment activity as per existing templates, propose any improvements to template that may be required.- Follow and ensure the procedures and form related to their area are followed, propose any improvements deemed appropriate. - Participate regularly in department team meetings and promote team spirit and change management.- In charge of recruitment processes for defined internal candidate.- etc...
