For over 13 years, I have been a passionate and effective HR leader, managing the career and talent development of thousands of Saudi employees at Maaden, one of the largest mining companies in the world. With a master's degree in business/corporate communications, I have honed my skills in customer relationship management (CRM), communication, and presentation, enabling me to build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, deliver engaging and impactful messages, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.As a co-founder and board member of Salamtk, an industrial lost prevention association, I also leverage my expertise and network to promote best practices and standards in occupational health and safety, and support the growth and sustainability of the industrial sector in the kingdom.My ultimate objective is to be part of a highly professional team, seek more significant challenges and responsibilities, and apply my knowledge and experience to create value and achieve goals.
