Duties & Responsibilities in Projects worth over (22 Billion SAR ) : • Variation orders and claims.• Valuation and reviewing the IRs and NCRs on weekly basis by coordinating with QA/QC.• Preparation of BOQ and quantity surveying.• Reviewing/approving the MPRs which are raised by the site team.• Assisting project manager by updating cost and schedule performance indexes.• Identify potential risks that may affect the cost or scope of the project.
