• Implementing new ERP Project to migrate our Retail ERP from Retail Pro to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 during full project lifecycle. My responsibilities in the project included: o Installation, configuration, implementation, integration and testing of AX 2012 R3 Client on any POS/System using best practices implementation methodology.o Training for all Sales Staff on new AX POS full functionality. o Training for all Area Managers and Regional Managers in all POS functionalities and AX Reporting. o Training HR team for implementing localized payroll. o Creating & configuring new retail store in back office & POS level from A to Z.o Configurations promotions and sales pricing & discounts.• Responsible for Supporting all POS ERP application and provide support for all sales team regarding AX Retail POS. • Responsible to Ensure that ERP Retail software meets business requirements and goals, fulfils user requirements, and identifies and resolves systems issues. • Responsible for Supporting RetailPro POS application and provide support for all Head Office users.• Responsible for configuring promotions and sales pricing & discount in RetailProPOS application.• Supervise and coordinate activities related to POS operation/maintenance of the business applications. • Serve as Retail technical expert to ensure user requirements are met during integration and system upgrades. • Maintain user access security system and coordination with branches regarding security issues. • Responsible for Account Mate (Account Application).• Responsible for HRMS (HR Application).• Provide technical Support of hardware and software for all type of users in head office, warehouse and more than 200 stores to ensure the effective and timely resolution of technical problems, keeping staff informed of the status of their request for support.• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
