AMIA phase -1 Construction Logistics Package by Dubai Aviation Engineering Project Corporation ( DAEP ).The proposed new expansions at Al Maktoum International Airport (AMI) will have an increase in the number of employees and workers accessing to their work location inside the Airport. The aim of this project is to facilitate the movement of contractors workers and equipment to phase 1 construction site.My Responsibilities as site engineer in the above project are as follows: 1- Studying the project Construction Drawings, Method Statement, specifications, Bill of Quantity and the Project Safety Standard.2- Arranging the site crews along with equipment according to their activities.3- Arranging the required material to the site which have to meet the project specifications.4- Ensuring that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed.5- Following up and controlling the productivity of the manpower and the equipment at the site.6- Ensuring that the work is progressed in sequence as agreed schedule.7- Supervise and coordinate between the subcontractors to achieve the best quality and progress with ensuring that all safety rules have been taken place at the site before starting any activity.8- Follow up the execution of all finishing works.9- Following the inspection requests with the Consultant’s Inspector to approve that the completed work have been made as per the approved specifications.10- Following up the submittal drawing with the draftsman team.11- Preparing & submitting daily & weekly progress reports To the Project Manager.12- Following up with the Factories production and quality ( Pre-cast Concrete structures, Glass and Aluminum, Kiosks and Sub-Stations along with the switch gear and all electrical instruments.

Project : Abu Dhabi International Airport South Air Field Development Rehabilitation (package 1) The project consists of rehabilitation the south airfield runway and constructs a new taxi ways followed by storm waterline, AGL (Airport Ground Lighting), Electric Line, ATC, earth works and all Runway facilities. My Responsibilities as site engineer in the above project are as follows: 1- Studying the method of statement of each type of work as required. 2- Checking the inspection requests with the Consultant’s Inspector to approve requests of my works. 3- Responsible of civil works consists of saw cutting of new loop sensor, set new AGL manholes and the ducts to make connections. 4- Earthworks Construct of filling and cutting to reach the level of subgrade layer as approves design level by layers and as specification of the project. 5- Construct AGL Duct banks in new construction of taxi ways and runway as per specification and approved drawings. 6- Construct storm water line with laying RC pipes and GRP pipes as per specification and approved drawings. 7- Spreading Drainage layer as per specification. 8- Spreading of CTBC layer (Cement Treated Base Coarse) as per specification. 9- Construct the conduits of duct through the AGL Pits for the center light, edge light and stop bars. 10- Installation of AGL pits as per level required. 11- Construct signboard foundation for the airfield including Excavation, Reinforcement and pouring concrete as per specification. 12- Construct MV (Medium Voltage) Duct bank & Install the pits. 13- Construct LV (Low voltage) Duct bank & install the pits. 14- Construct ILS (Instrumental Landing System) Foundation. 15- Construct GP (Glide Path) Foundation. 16- Construct RVR (Runway Visual Range) Foundation. 17- Construct ATC (Airport Tower Control) Duct bank & Install pits. 18- Construct Fiber Optic Duct bank & Install pits.
