- Responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, Inventory management, properties, treasury and financial reports.- Responsible for month-end closing, quarter-end closing and year-end closing of all financial accounts.- Developed the strategy of finance department to compatible with the general strategy of the company.- Developed and monitored the annual budget for the entire departments, forecast revenues and expenses, and analyzed performance.- Developed the financial software of the company to use ERP system (Oracle) instead of the old system.- Developed the policies and procedures of the finance department and participated with other departments.- Responsible for shareholders affairs.- Responsible for all financial disclosures and announce them in Tadawul.- Responsible for the calculation of zakat which paid to DZIT and to ensure that all financial items are calculated correctly and accurately.

- Managed the team of auditors to audit the financial statements of the companies to ensure that the amount of zakat and tax which paid to DZIT is accurate and correct.- Participated in the committee for auditing the revenues and expenses of diplomatic embassies of Saudi Arabia.- Participated in the committee to update the audit policies and procedures of the General Auditing Bureau.
