Conduct weekly meetings with different departments to coordinate and support with ongoingsite activities. Resolve coordination issues with consultant and provide possible solutions for missingdesign elements. Plan, monitor and maintain the production team for MEP. Supported the procurement team in all MEP related materials in order to comply withconsultant specification. Champion relationship with consultants & client for better work coordination. Coordinate Multi Discipline Engineering Drawings. Coordination with other disciplines to ensure smooth flow of works. Prepare technical correspondences and weekly accomplishment reports. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise withrelevant project team. Ensure that works are done as per drawings and specifications and follow up all relateddocumentation as per the project requirements. Conduct weekly meetings with different departments (Architecture/ Civil) to coordinate andsupport with ongoing site activities. Provide technical support to in-house tendering department on MEP components. Support QA/QC department with the preparation of different MEP method statements.
