MIIC is a designer, Supplier, manufacturer, and leading Engineering and Contracting Company for Mechanical & Electrical services Collaborating with local and global partners.As project coordinators, my role is to assist project managers with specific administrative tasks related to our assigned projects. Also working with the relationship department in searching and identifying suitable projects and opportunities for the company. In summary my tasks include: -- Scouting suitable projects and opportunities for the company-  Supervising and monitoring the company profiles (Eitimad, SAP Ariba…any suitable portal)- Co-supervise ongoing project (planning, tracking progress, Coordinate needed documents)- Analyzing the industrial markets (Trends, opportunities and threats)- Small varies tasks

I’ve got signed by the communication department. The communication department are in charge of reviewing social communication channels, where they analyze clients feedback and later on presents them to higher management to keep them in sight of the daily operation. Other part pf their jobs is receiving tickets from the ticketing system, these tickets can be clients complaints, application or enquiries. These tickets get distributed to their right departments where they get solved. Some tickets can be solved in hours and others can take some time. The communication department will keep track of these tickets and remind the department if they took time without solving it. In some occasions we been task to analysis some of the complaint and enquiries in certain departments in certain time range.
