Responsible for handling Purchase orders registration process. - Monitoring day-to-day sales process and functional support to all sales force.- Responsible for Placing Orders to Suppliers like Baxter, Edwards Life Sciences and Kimberly Clark for Tenders and Direct purchase orders.- Preparing delivery orders to various customers and follow up invoices with W/H to ensure they are complete and ready for Payment.- Preparing stock orders requests in coordination with division managers. - Controlling outstanding purchase orders and reducing payments of Penalties.- Doing a periodic review of hospitals inventory to reduce products expiry.- Controlling and keeping comprehensive inventory record of all fast moving products.- Communicating with logistics to clear Air, Sea and DHL shipments.- Responding to customer problems and inquires and satisfy their needs,- Solving pending matters related to other departments like Collection, Logistics, etc.- Visiting purchasing units in hospitals and have a good business relationship. - Supporting Division Managers with all operational analysis and historical assessment.- Preparing monthly status reports for achieved sales invoices, non posted invoices and sales return.

- Placing Orders to Abbott Diagnostics for SGH Award Tenders and other suppliers like B. Braun.- Responsible for sending delivery notes and follow up Invoices to MOH directorates Kingdome wide against SGH Award Tenders Laboratories / Hospital Sundries / Pharmaceuticals.- Responsible for the management of the data related to the databases supporting the tender process.- Responsible for the continuous monitoring of the tender submission process.- Communicating with Sales team for getting the quoted prices.- Contributing and completing the tender offer including all the documents.- Responding to customers’ inquires and satisfy their requirements.

- Responsible for sending promotions by email to our clients.- Responsible for updating the main database.- Responsible for telemarketing promotions.- Responsible for organizing the events requirements.- Responsible for organizing training courses held by our supplier like Microsoft.
