KFMC - Operations and Maintenance AdministrationResponsibilities:- Developed and enhanced a proactive maintenance strategy to prevents unexpected equipment and machinery failures according to manuals, standards, site and equipment condition, presented and gained approval from Operations and Maintenance Administration.- Managed and handling with international specialized subcontractor companies and their representatives engineers such as Spirax Sarco, Cochran, analysis their recommended data and reports and conducting meeting on regular basis and assessing performance against contractual requirements.- Handle and prepare for annually Third-party inspections and make assure to meet with local and international standards and requirement to pass all inspections.- Responsible and section head for mechanical systems Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Fire Fighting, Pumps.- Managed and supervise a team of engineers, supervisors, technicians and operators, ensuring sustainability operation and quick response for any corrective maintenance (CM) for three shifts during a day.- Created and maintained system manuals, safety protocols and cods, emergencies plans to ensure consistency and compliance.- Assessed and approved equipment replacement proposals and system upgrades based on through data analysis, equipment condition, driving technological advancements to enhance operational efficiency.- Reviewed As-built drawings to facilitate maintenance services.- Submit and analysis daily, weekly, monthly, annually, reports to deduct and develop proactive maintenance and enhance equipment performance.- Managed and conducted a system for the team to handle any complaint from end-user through 24 Hours by IBM Maximo software system to quick response to rectified and close it.- Provided a good leadership example to a team of 65 staff and fostering work environment bases depends on professionalism and continuous improvement.

Working On-Site as Mechanical Engineer in Construction Project (Cochlear Implant Building Project) in King Fahad Medical City with restricted time to handover the building to the client (Accomplished) Responsibilities:- Controlling time & quality for the mechanical work.- Installation and execution based on drawings, Specification, Standards.- Testing and Commissioning for all mechanical system at the building e.g. fire fighting system, steam network, medical gases.- Managed, supervision and keep subcontractors on project time line schedule to complete their scope of work.- Prepared and raised inspection requests to be approved by consultant and client.- Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, tools, for all mechanical works prior to execution.- Communicate with client (KFMC) to rectified and close the snag list comments for the mechanical work.
