• The rule of this position is the shade of the supervisor.• Prepare the 14/90 days plan in terms of materials, manpower and time• Process all notifications and work orders in the SAP system.• Attending 14 days plan meeting, CI meeting and YTT meeting.• Conduct daily site visit for notification raised by concern department (operation), area authority and carry out RCA/5ways in order to solve the failure reports.• Communicate with vendors to provide all details, data, drawing and partial list of equipment parts.• Receive and dispatched materials and equipments.• Track and check the materials ordered status and contact FPP team regarding the six weeks ahead martial’s issues, and excel sheet sent to them with PO (Purchased order) and PR (Purchased request) details.• Develop lists of parts required for work assignments and confirm with warehousing as to their availability.• Prepare per-staging area and staging yard with materials and shop-papers.• Distributed Weekly Schedule to Mechanical technicians and follow up the status.• Implement lean concept as possible for the department for best practice.• Arrange stores as per LEAN project requirement.• Maintain SAP database and continually make changes as it relates to planning, scheduling, analyzing maintenance activities• Generating daily reports history to maintenance supervisor /coordinator for work history of equipments, and CM&PM activities work status.• Directly coordinate, discuss & investigate with other Maintenance departments & production Operation, for any failure accruing during the production in the gathering / main stations to overcome the same problems in the future.• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations as discussed in a regular “toolbox” meeting and ensure safety equipment (PPE) is always available and in use.
