•Troubleshooting tripping at wellheads for Caterpillar 3612 and 3616 Engines and at plant ensuring return to services, keeping MTTR to minimum levels.•Ensuring proper functioning of Wellhead Communication Controllers (ABB AC800m) installed in a ring topology.•Troubleshooting PLCs installed at compressor packages including Allen Bradley Control Logix and Allen Bradley Compact Logix.•Troubleshooting Fiber Optic Cable network connecting remote wellheads to plant Central Ccontrol Room.•Prepare purchase requisitions, forecast future requirements and create 5-year CAPEX OPEX forecasts.•Utilization of CMMS / SAP 740 to ensure & enhance asset integrity & reliability by effective planning & execution of maintenance activities.•Ensuring proper functioning of Flow Computers (Emerson Floboss 107) installed at wellheads for flow calculation of produced Gas.•To prepare spares requirement for DCS, MTU (wellhead controls) and related system, Prepare PM procedures and suggest changes as required for improving the maintenance standard and costing control•To plan system upgradation according to obsolescence plan.•To prepare purchase requisitions, raise COFFs, ensuring spares availability.

•Ensuring maintenance and proper functioning of plant & wellheads control system (DCS, ESD, F&G) (ABB 800xA Ver4.1, Advant 400 Series, AC800M Series).•To ensure maintenance and proper functioning of PLCs including Allen Bradley Control Logix, Allen Bradley Compact logix, GE FANUC 90-30 series, Siemens S7-300.•Supporting day to day Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance on various units of plant including Amine, Sludge catcher, Mercury absorber, Nitrogen Rejection Unit, Compressors (LP & HP).•Ensuring regular backups are taken of control system and backups are functional to be used during disaster recovery scenario.•To ensure proper functioning of Gas Chromatograph and Gas Analyzer.•Planning daily maintenance activities both at plant and wellheads.•Phase upgrades of obsolete instrument and control components. Hands on experience in upgradation of compressor control system. The existing system was the TurboLog COMSET 3/S Control System.
