• Being an inspirational leader and a strong voice advocating for protecting human rights at the highest levels in Africa and internationally• Ensure that the programs and services offered by the organization contribute to the organization's mission • Monitor the day-to-day delivery of the programs and services of the organization to maintain or improve quality• Managing the identified key financial and non-financial risks• Oversee the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of special projects• Reports to the Board of Director every three months• Act as a liaison to all Country Representative (Lesotho, Kenya, and Ethiopia)• Establish relationship with multilateral organization and all development partners• Serves as the point of contact for foreign governments
